Information we collect

We collect the contact, shipping, card-content, and order information needed to prepare, deliver, and support your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; Advent ID does not store complete payment-card details.

How information is used

We use this information to create proofs and production artwork, process orders, communicate about orders, provide customer account access, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by service providers that operate this website, send transactional email, process payment, and deliver orders. We retain order records as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, legal, and production-reference purposes.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact orders@adventid.com. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
