Shipping, cancellations, and reprints
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by proof revisions, carrier delays, weather, or an incomplete address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Because business cards are personalized, an order may be cancelled only before production begins. Contact orders@adventid.com promptly with the order number.
Approved customer errors are not eligible for a free reprint. If the delivered cards differ from the approved proof or arrive damaged, contact us promptly with photographs so we can review a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
