Terms of service

Effective June 13, 2026

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other submitted content before approving artwork. Approval authorizes production as shown.

Customers requesting staff adjustments must approve the revised proof before production begins. Production and delivery estimates begin after payment and any required proof approval.

Customers must have permission to use all submitted names, information, and approved assets. Advent ID may decline content or orders that cannot be produced lawfully or within the approved identity system.
